Living away from my parents, I constantly worried — did they take their medicines? When was the last checkup? Is the prescription still valid?
Everything was scattered — medicines tracked on paper, reports lost in WhatsApp forwards, follow-ups forgotten until it was too late. My siblings and I cared deeply, but none of us had the full picture.
